1 hour of dance fitness fun!! East meets West with fantastic sounds from Latin America, India and across the globe. This class is professionally choreographed to ensure you get an all over workout focusing on cardio, flexibility, balance, muscle strengthening, toning and improving posture. The great thing is it doesn't feel like a workout....it's just super good fun!
