Go Go Events 🎶

Go Go Events was created by Jo Gibson to bring people together through music, nostalgia and shared experiences.

Whilst many people know me through Zumba with Jo, community has always been at the heart of everything I do. Over the years I've seen wonderful friendships form through fitness classes and discovered that wellbeing is about much more than exercise alone.

Go Go Events is a natural extension of that community.

From nostalgic music nights and themed events to future social gatherings, Go Go Events is all about creating opportunities for people to connect, laugh, dance and make new memories together.

Because staying well isn't just about keeping active – it's also about having fun and spending time with others

As we get older, staying socially connected becomes just as important as staying physically active.

HALLOWEEN A Go-Go!

Who's ready for a Halloween party with a difference?

After the fantastic atmosphere at our Swinging 60's Night, we're back with another Go-Go Events party... and this one is going to be a monster!

Join us on Saturday 31st October at The Shoreham Centre for an evening of retro music, dancing and plenty of Halloween fun.

DJ Dustee Du Soul Casserole and DJ David Crozier will be spinning an amazing mix of classics from the 60s, 70s and 80s including plenty of Soul, Motown, Disco, Reggae, & Ska with a few spooky surprises thrown in too!

Fancy dress is highly encouraged, so whether you're a glamorous vampire, a terrifying zombie, a classic witch or something completely bonkers, we'd love to see you! There may even be a few prizes for the best costumes...

If you love a friendly night out, great music and a packed dance floor, this is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween.

Hello, I'm Jo Gibson, founder of Zumba with Jo and Go Go Events.

I believe movement, music and community are powerful ingredients for healthy ageing and happiness.

Whether you join a fitness class or come along to an event, my aim is always the same:

To help people stay active, connected and happy.
