EAT WELL WITH JO

I love cooking tasty healthy food. Food that gives you energy and helps make you feel good.

I am not a master chef but I do enjoy creating delicious meals that I hope inspire and motivate you to take up some mindful cookery sometime soon.

All these recipes are quick and easy to make, ideal for busy lives!

They are mainly low calorie and have all the macro information so you can see just how much fat, protein & carbohydrates there are in each meal.

I have a diploma in personal nutrition, and use that knowledge to ensure that dishes are balanced and nutritious.....why not try a few!

I personally have no allergies or food intolerances, so please check the ingredients before you embark on any of these recipes. You may need to substitute certain components if necessary to avoid any unwanted reactions.
