Frozen Tuna steaks are a great standby, I always have some in the freezer along with prawns and smoked haddock fillets. Buying frozen is cheaper and cooked in the right way, just as tasty as fresh seafood.
This lunch or dinner dish is virtually fat free!
I used my air fryer to cook the tuna for around 7 minutes, but you can microwave or grill if you don't have an air fryer.

Ingredients
112g Tuna steak
50g Curly Kale leaves
50g uncooked Tagliatelle
5g drizzle of Sriracha mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper
Method
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water
Meanwhile cook your tuna steak
Add the kale to the pasta water after 5 minutes of cooking the tagliatelle
Drain when the pasta is ready
Top with the tuna, season and drizzle with the Sriracha mayo
