100g Bio & Me plain live yogurt
30g Chia seeds
100ml skimmed milk
15g walnuts
75g strawberrries
A drizzle honey
Method
Add chia seeds & bran flakes to the bowl
Add milk and yogurt
Chop strawberries and walnuts, then add.
Drizzle with honey
