• 35g Bran Flakes (Lidl own brand)

• 100g Bio & Me plain live yogurt

• 30g Chia seeds

• 100ml skimmed milk

• 15g walnuts

• 75g strawberrries

• A drizzle honey

Method

• Add chia seeds & bran flakes to the bowl

• Add milk and yogurt

• Chop strawberries and walnuts, then add.

• Drizzle with honey
