100g tinned chickpeas drained
100g red cabbage shredded
70g raw cucumber sliced
100g low fat cottage cheese
10g red bell pepper
20g radish
Fresh dill to taste
1 dessert spoon Jalapino chillies drained and chopped
A drizzle of Sriracha Sauce
Method
Chop and slice vegetable ingredients
Add the cottage cheese and top with half the jalopinos
Mix the rest of the jalapinos with the red cabbage
Add the chick peas and sprinkle the salad with dill.
