And on Saturday 14th March 2026, we are turning up the sparkle at the Shoreham Centre for something truly special — the Zumba Gold Showcase 💃✨
This isn’t just a fitness class.It’s not just a workout. It’s a celebration.

For one afternoon only, five Zumba Gold instructors from across Sussex will come together to bring you 1.5 hours of global rhythms, uplifting energy, and easy-to-follow routines designed to make you feel fabulous.

Each instructor will bring their own flavour and favourite rhythms — from salsa to disco, cha-cha to pop classics. It’s like travelling the world… without leaving Shoreham.
